By engaging in rigorous data collection and analysis and collaborating with academic institutions, we aim to develop innovative solutions to the challenges facing communities in areas such as education, health, economic empowerment, and environmental sustainability.

Warsame is a distinguished research scientist with over 15 years of experience in development research, specializing in learning assessment and evaluation. With a background in educational management and planning, he has conducted numerous studies addressing the educational challenges in Somalia. Warsame is dedicated to leveraging data to drive meaningful change and has collaborated with various international organizations, including Adam Smith International, Save the Children, Care International, and USAID. Dr. Safia holds a master’s degree in educational management and planning from the University of Nairobi and is a regular contributor to research publications on development issues.

Expert: Dr. Abdinasir Jama, Innovation and Development Expert.
Dr. Abdinasir Jama holds a Ph.D. in education and has published several articles. Jama is a senior education expert currently based in Mogadishu, Somalia. Dr Jama is a highly regarded expert in innovation and development, focusing on the intersection of technology and social change. After spending more than 15 years in education and different positions, Jama is well versed in Somalia’s education dynamics. Dr. Jama has served as a quality assurance expert for educational institutions, including the Federal Ministry of Education and the Puntland Ministry of Education. He has also been a Senior part-time lecturer at local universities, including Somali National University (SNU), Simad University, Jazeera University, and Somali University in Mogadishu, Somalia.
